ABOUT ME

I was born in Beijing, China. I have spent 25 years in my hometown, where I got my bachelor degree in Computer Science and Technology at Beijing University of Technology in 2010.

I had my first job in Beijing from 2010 to 2012. It was a system administrator job that I was in charge of the web systems of a Chinese national institute, which was based on JSP and SQL Server.
​
In 2013, I flew to Singapore to study my first master of science degree majoring in Digital Media Technology at Nanyang Technological University. Some of my earliest projects at this website came from that period.
​
After graduation, I worked as a mobile application developer at an IT company in Singapore, which lasted for 4 years. By that time, I picked up my experience of mobile development for iOS and Android.
​
In 2018, I came to Canada to study my second master of arts degree majoring in Digital Humanities, and now I am still working on it.
​

In terms of my technical background, I am experienced in front-end and back-end Web Developing using Python, Java, and JavaScript. I am also experienced in Mobile Developing on iOS and Android. Currently, my interest is to develop games on Unity Engine.

I don't describe myself as a world traveler, though I am kinda like it. I am seeking for a career that I would like to dedicate myself into. So far I am still studying everything that I am interested in.

In addition to my occupations, I prefer something creative. I like drawing, cooking, and singing. I also tried to write original fictions and story books, longing for my own publications in the future. For me, art and design are compulsory parts of my life, without which I won't feel my life meaningful.​
